For the past decade, Anubhuti has worked in Digital Strategy, Transformation and Technology at India’s oldest “startup” Tata Steel, and also a pioneering voice of Diversity & Inclusion, especially trans* Inclusion at Tata as well as in Corporate India – leading to Tata Steel being a sole Indian World Economic Forum Lighthouse in both Digital and Diversity, but more importantly making it a great place to work for hundreds queer/trans people in India. On the creative side, her work involves making written and video content that engages with audiences in both traditional and social media, and giving talks (200+) across sectors, and has seen first hand the power of a good story bringing positive change. She has worked leading production houses on a documentary on her life, soon to come on an OTT, starred, written and directed short films while taking up multiple short courses on direction, writing and acting. Her genres are queer and camp horror, fantasy & comedy.
