Anshulika brings with her over a decade of experience in the Media and Entertainment industry. She started her professional journey at McKinsey & Co. as an analyst between 2007-2012 and then launched her entrepreneurial venture called Wishberry in 2012, which was India's first crowdfunding platform for creative artists. Wishberry helped over 600 creative projects raise over Rs. 26 crores, from over thousands of people across the world.

In 2018, she also forayed into film production and produced 6 films in the regional cinema space. Her debut film 'Aamis' premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in 2019 and received overwhelming appreciation from film stalwarts such as Anurag Kashyap, Vikramaditya Motwane, Sriram Raghavan and celebrated film critic Anupama Chopra. Her Tamil film ‘Mandela’ was also shortlisted among the 14 films being considered for India's entry to the Oscars in 2021. Her films have traveled to prestigious international festivals like Venice, Tribeca, El Gouna, Calgary, Giffoni and many international South Asian and in India at the famous Mumbai Film Festival. Her films can be watched on Netflix, Amazon, Mubi and Sony Liv.

She was awarded the prestigious title of 'Forbes Asia 30 under India' in 2016 for her contribution in the creative industry.

Apoorva Bakshi is an International EMMY Award-winning producer, most notably known for her Sundance favorite & International EMMY Winner Delhi Crime, National Award-winning films, Shut up Sona and Leeches; Netflix Musical What are the odds?; and widely watched Facebook Originals Homespun & Kashmir Creates. She serves as a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Golden Karavan, Awedacious Originals, and Project FUEL carving her niche as one of the youngest producers of prolific South Asian productions.

An accomplished story engineer, Apoorva has collaborated with auteurs & filmmakers and developed a robust slate of genre defying projects, which include Book Adaptations, Period Drama Series, Animation Features, Scripted and Unscripted Film and TV shows.

A fierce guardian of independent voices, Apoorva has also successfully acquired and distributed over 50+ award-winning independents, notably the Cannes favorites, Gangs of Wasseypur; Golden Globe shortlists Fandry & Siddharth; IDFA winner Placebo and Indian Selection for the Oscars Visaranai among others. She has also worked at Sony Pictures Entertainment Networks Asia on large-scale format productions such as the Amazing Race Asia and India’s Minute to Win it.

Having experienced the creative and business side of the entertainment industry, Apoorva has successfully navigated both and continues to find new ways to innovate and merge the two.

Shiv is a management consultant & mentor for change. He carries over three decades of experience straddling the world of advertising, marketing, E-commerce and customer centricity. He has led the transformation of India's largest apparel company into an omni-channel pioneer. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Bangalore Little Theatre Foundation, and is devoted to the cause of alternative education.
